1. Analyzes and investigates customer and warranty returns to determine the root cause of failure mode, develops countermeasures and issues reports to the customer, and follows-up on countermeasures to maintain good condition.
2. Responsible for the launching of new products per customer requirements by conducting production trials, evaluation, vehicle evaluation, customer part approval, and preparing related documentation.
3. Follows-up on engineering changes as they pertain to new products.
4. Develops and maintains technical reports regarding internal quality issues through analyzing trends, summarizing quality issues for other sections, and supporting investigation of final inspection rejects.
5. Develops actions to resolve customer complaints and concerns and follows-up with customers regarding complaints and concerns.
6. Performs testing and provides technical support of test requirements.
7. Develops test plans, analyzes test results, plans quality schedules, and obtains internal and customer approval for engineering and process changes. |
