1. Analyzes and investigates customer and warranty returns to determine the root cause of failure mode, develops countermeasures and issues   reports to the customer, and follows-up on countermeasures to maintain good condition.

2. Responsible for the launching of new products per customer requirements by conducting production trials, evaluation, vehicle evaluation, customer part approval, and preparing related documentation.

3. Follows-up on engineering changes as they pertain to new products.

4. Develops and maintains technical reports regarding internal quality issues through analyzing trends, summarizing quality issues for other sections, and supporting investigation of final inspection rejects.

5. Develops actions to resolve customer complaints and concerns and follows-up with customers regarding complaints and concerns.

6. Performs testing and provides technical support of test requirements.

7. Develops test plans, analyzes test results, plans quality schedules, and obtains internal and customer approval for engineering and process changes.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical field

Minimum of 1 year of experience (Co-op experience will count toward 1-year minimum).

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities include:

1)  Supervision of the daily operations of the MRO Purchasing Department (total of 3 associates).

2)  MRO commodities include all indirect items, capital equipment and construction purchases.

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum of 8 years of purchasing related experience (with a minimum of 5 years of direct or indirect sourcing experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of previous supervisory experience
• Strong ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong understanding of MRO Purchasing and Universal Commercial Code
• Experience in negotiations, strategy, planning and preparation
• Experience managing multiple projects, duties and tasks concurrently
• Experience analyzing commercial contracts

 Design of Electrical Hardware and Software for Industrial Production Machinery

• Develop quotation for electrical systems, including purchased components and labor
• Design of safety control circuit, hardware circuit, and generating hardware drawings
• Creation of machine software to control the machine (PLC, Robot, Vision, Servo Motors, etc.)
• Adjustment / debug of the machine software during machine construction
• Updating final electrical drawings to reflect changes made during machine construction
• Create electrical portion of the machine operation manual

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• 1 year related experience or co-op equivalent

Production Maintenance:Troubleshooting / repairing complex production operating systems (Robotics, PLC's, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics).  Daily and preventative maintenance on automated equipment.  Knowledge of control wiring and strong computer skills preferred.  2^nd and 3^rd shift.
