DENSO is proud to be part of East Tennessee in one of the state's most historic counties. We are one of the region's largest employers - and we continue to grow. Our Maryville location is based in Blount County (founded a year before Tennessee's 1796 statehood). Knoxville, just a few miles north, is the economic, cultural, and educational center of the region - and is the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
DENSO and the Community We have a tradition of supporting and nurturing community high schools, colleges and universities with donations of both time and money. We are committed to "school to work" initiatives within our community, and have taken an active role in curriculum development and the "adopt-a-school" program. The opportunities for participation are as varied as the personalities and interests of our associates.
